What this covers

This page covers kleos.fyi, the Kleos website. What Kleos does for a venue, and for the people who ask an assistant about it, is set out on the Data and consent page.

What we collect

When you ask to see the demo, you give us a company name, a work email address and a phone number. That is all the form asks for.

Cloudflare, which hosts this site, handles the ordinary connection records every website has, under its own policy. On the demo form we also count tries from a network address for a few hours, as a scrambled value that cannot be turned back into the address. That count is kept apart from your details and exists only to stop abuse.

What we use it for

To follow up with you about Kleos, by email or phone, and for nothing else. We do not keep a mailing list. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not give them to advertisers.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it.

Your choices

Write to contact@kleos.fyi to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will do it and reply within 30 days.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not meant for children.

Changes

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
